Please make sure you have read the description on the listings you choose to purchase. When purchasing from us you understand that print placement may vary on ALL of the products we sell. Each cut of fabric is unique which will make each product unique. I can not guarantee what part of the print shows up on the item(s) you purchased.
Processing Time
When purchasing from us you understand that we have a processing time, and your order is made and shipped out within that time frame unless stated otherwise.
Our current processing time is always listed on the top of the website and stated in our bio on Instagram @beyond_thetrail.
Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing order. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at beyondthetrailgear@gmail.com.
Cancellation is not guaranteed. 
Forgetting to use a code or gift card  at checkout is not grounds to cancel order. 
At Beyond The Trail we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but being our products are custom made to each order, we can only refund damaged goods. Faulty merchandise may be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product. If your order arrives and you notice you ordered the incorrect size, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or swap - so please double check your sizing!
For faulty items - You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 14 days.
Please be aware that Beyond The Trail is NOT responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs
